For families and schools

Clear details before the first trip.

Share the pupil’s school and class, the requested route, pickup and drop-off points, days or service period, and any safety information LCS should know. We will discuss seat availability and confirm the final arrangements with the parent or guardian.

The form starts a registration request. Transport starts only after LCS confirms the route, pickup plan, availability, fee and service start date with the family.

LCS will contact the parent or guardian to review the request. The student’s passport photo will be included with the registration for LCS to review.

Does sending the form confirm a seat?

No. LCS will review the route and availability and contact the parent or guardian to confirm the details.

Can I request a route not listed?

Yes. Select “Other route request” and provide the pickup area, school and timing. LCS will confirm if it can be arranged.

What if the pupil has a medical or safety need?

Include the relevant information in the safety section so LCS can discuss it with the parent or guardian before service starts.
